Picking a Realtor to work with You will find that with the top agents in your market, there will be very few differences between us, as far as our experience, statistics, knowledge, and commission. That is why our personality is so very important. Remember, what you are selling is probably the most expensive thing you will ever sell. And what the buyers are buying is the most expensive thing they will buy until they sell and buy again. That is why taking the time to find an excellent realtor with a personality that you can work with and who can do a good, professional job is so important. You will have to pick someone to work with that you can trust. As a Buyers agent, I am going to ask you many questions; we are going to talk about how much money you have to spend. I will or should, know just about everything about you, your likes and dislikes the size of Kitchen, Dining room you need the type of fireplaces in the Living room, what type of flooring you like, the size of your closets in the bedroom, if you like showers, tubs, etc. In order to help you get just what you want I need know everything I can learn about you.
