3. Knowledge can conquer fear

If you're really concerned that you are not going to be able

to find just the right house on the market I often take my

Home sellers, which will be home buyers, out on a window-

shopping trip. With orders that you can LOOK but can not

fall in Love with any Home that we see. This way you will

be able to identify possible houses and locations without

falling head over heels with a specific house. If you feel

confident after that then put your house on the market.

Another tactic is to make the sale "subject to seller finding

suitable housing". Adding this phrase to the listing means

that WHEN YOU DO FIND A BUYER, you will have some

time to find the new place. In the market (BUYERS) that we

are in right now it is far easer to find a home in a short time

than to sell a home. If you don't find anything to your liking,

you don't have to sell your present home.
